The Rune of Recovery generates 5 HP regeneration every 30 seconds, providing a passive and constant health trickle that operates independently of potions, food, or combat actions. While the per-tick amount is modest, the completely passive nature means it contributes to sustainability without any active management. Over the course of a long dungeon run, the accumulated healing from Rune of Recovery is comparable to several Healing Potions consumed passively.

The Rune of Recovery is crafted at the Rune Crafting Station using the standard upgrade formula of five runes plus five Runalit crystals per tier advancement. Drop sources include standard rune loot pools from dungeons and elite enemies. Upgrading to higher rune sizes increases the HP gained per tick, the tick frequency, or both, making Perfect Rune of Recovery the long-term goal for builds that prioritize passive sustain.

The Rune of Recovery is most valuable in chestplate slots for builds that take constant chip damage over time rather than large spike hits. Pair it with Life Steal on a weapon so combat actively adds HP while the rune passively restores HP between fights. For players who use the Last Chance potion and regularly survive at 15% HP, Rune of Recovery acts as the baseline regeneration that begins refilling health before Greater Healing Potion is consumed.
