Devastation

Devastation is a Tier 3 Arcanist skill that functions as a universal magic damage amplifier, increasing all spell damage regardless of element. The bonus provided by Devastation stacks multiplicatively with element-specific mastery skills like Fire Mastery, Ice Mastery, Lightning Mastery, and Poison Mastery. Devastation is the keystone of Arcanist offense and benefits every single spell-based build in the tree. It combines with Pure Power at Tier 5 to create a double damage multiplier stack that defines endgame magic DPS.
