Pure Power

Pure Power is a Tier 5 Arcanist skill that provides a 10 to 30 percent increase to all magic damage depending on the rank invested. It functions as a universal magic damage amplifier that stacks with element-specific masteries like Fire Mastery, Ice Mastery, Lightning Mastery, and Poison Mastery, as well as with the Devastation damage multiplier at Tier 3. Pure Power is widely considered the capstone skill for any serious magic damage build in Everwind.

Pure Power represents the apex of Arcanist offensive scaling and combines with every other damage-oriented skill in the tree to create a multiplicative damage stack. Pairing Pure Power with Fire Mastery and Devastation results in the highest possible fire spell output, while combining it with Lightning Mastery and Devastation achieves similar peaks for AoE combat. For Wild Magic and Unstable Magic builds, Pure Power amplifies even the random surge effects, making the high-variance outcomes even more extreme.

Players building toward endgame magic DPS should plan their 25-point Arcanist investment specifically to reach Pure Power, as it provides the most substantial damage increase available from a single skill unlock. Every elemental build benefits equally from Pure Power, meaning it is never wasted regardless of spell loadout. After unlocking Pure Power, players should round out their build with Rod Specialist and the Tier 6 Master Rods and Master Books for peak performance.
