Blueberries are versatile cooking ingredients used in a variety of food recipes to provide moderate restoration effects. Their alchemy potential includes effect tags associated with vitality or antioxidant-like protection properties, which players can explore by combining Blueberry with compatible ingredients and Magic Liquid at the Alchemy Station. Blueberry can also be grown on Forest Farm Soil in the Starting Meadows area for a reliable cultivated supply.

Wild Blueberry bushes respawn regularly in Forest biome clearings and meadow margins, making them easy to gather during routine exploration. Players who establish a Forest Farm Soil plot early in the game can plant Blueberry alongside Wildberry for a sustainable home berry supply. Gathering Blueberry on the same routes as Bell Flower and Fern during Forest herb runs ensures efficient use of exploration time across multiple ingredient categories.
