Copper Ingot
Ingot
Copper Ingot is the first smelted metal material most players will produce in Everwind, created by processing Copper Ore at the Furnace. It has a warm reddish-gold color and represents the player's entry point into metalworking. Copper Ingots are among the most versatile early-game materials, supporting multiple crafting branches simultaneously from the moment a Furnace becomes available.
Copper Ingot is the foundation of the Copper equipment tier. With the Advanced Weapons skill, players can forge Copper-tier weapons; with the Advanced Armors skill, they can craft Copper-tier armor. Beyond gear, Copper Ingot is used to produce Copper Nail, a key carpentry and construction component. It also serves as one of the two required ingredients for Bronze Ingot production at the Furnace, where it is combined with Tin Ingot to create the stronger alloy.
Smelting Copper Ingots should be one of the first priorities after building a Furnace, as the ingot unlocks multiple upgrade paths in parallel. New players often underestimate how much copper they will need and find themselves short when trying to advance several crafting lines at once. Mine copper generously in Zone 1 and Zone 2 to maintain a surplus. Keep in mind that bronze production competes with direct copper gear crafting for your ingot supply, so plan your material allocation according to which upgrades you need most urgently.
