Rope

ProcessedMaterial

Rope is a processed material made from Thread or Fiber at the Processing Station. It is one of the fundamental utility materials in Everwind, with applications in both construction and crafting across many systems. Rope is a natural evolution of the basic textile materials, adding structural strength to the raw fiber content through the twisting and weaving of the crafting process.

Rope is used as a construction component in buildings and structures that require flexible binding or suspension elements, and it appears in crafting recipes for tools, furniture, and various utility items. Its dual role in both building and item crafting makes it one of the more broadly demanded processed materials in the game. Players who engage seriously with construction or advanced crafting will consume Rope in meaningful quantities.

Because Rope is made from Thread or Fiber, keeping a healthy supply of those base materials is the key to maintaining rope production. Harvest Fiber consistently during exploration and process it through Thread into Rope at the Processing Station. Rope tends to be consumed in clusters when construction projects are underway, so building up a stockpile before starting a major build is a good practice. Players who neglect Fiber harvesting often find their construction plans delayed by unexpectedly low Rope reserves.
