Wooden Arrow

The Wooden Arrow is the most basic projectile in Everwind, crafted from readily available wood and used with all bows and crossbows in the game. These arrows are the starting ammunition for any player who chooses to invest in ranged combat, and they form the backbone of early-game archery before access to better materials unlocks more powerful arrow types.

Crafting Wooden Arrows requires minimal resources and can be done at the Crafting Station using harvested wood from trees in any biome. Players who focus on the Warrior skill tree's bow-focused skills, such as Advanced Bows, Multi-Arrow, and Master Bows, will consume arrows at a high rate and should maintain a large stockpile. The Wooden Arrow's low crafting cost makes bulk production straightforward.

While Wooden Arrows deal modest damage compared to later arrow types, their availability makes them indispensable for sustained ranged engagements where more powerful arrows would be wasteful. Players who specialize in ambush tactics using Shadowcloak and Backstab will find that even Wooden Arrows deal significant damage when fired from stealth, making arrow economy less of a concern in the early stages of play.
