Elemental Resistance

Elemental Resistance is a Tier 5 Arcanist skill that provides damage reduction against all elemental damage types, including fire, ice, lightning, and poison. Higher ranks increase the resistance percentage across all elements simultaneously, making each rank a significant defensive upgrade.

Elemental Resistance stacks with Magic Protection at Tier 1 to create comprehensive magical defense, where Magic Protection reduces general magic damage and Elemental Resistance specifically targets elemental variants. For builds using Advanced Armor (Arcanist), the elemental resistances on higher-tier light armor amplify Elemental Resistance's effectiveness.
