Master Armor

Master Armor is a Tier 6 Warrior skill that unlocks access to the Iron armor tier, the highest standard crafted armor in Everwind's progression system. Iron armor sets provide the greatest base defense values, resistances, and special properties available outside of unique drops. Unlocking Master Armor allows crafting of the full Iron armor suite, including chest, helm, legs, and boots, each offering dramatically superior protection compared to Bronze-tier equivalents.

Master Armor is the culmination of the Warrior tree's defensive upgrade path, following Advanced Armors at Tier 4. It combines with Defense Stance and Great Body to create maximum survivability at endgame, where enemy damage output scales significantly. For players who have also invested in rune socketing via the Arcanist tree's Rune Specialist, Iron chestplates with rune slots become the optimal base for elemental resistance and combat bonus runes.

Reaching Master Armor at Tier 6 requires 30 points invested in the Warrior tree, making it a deliberate endgame commitment. Players who arrive at this unlock will find Iron armor immediately useful in the hardest zones and boss encounters. Combining Master Armor with Master Weapons creates the gold-standard tank loadout: maximum defense from Iron armor and maximum offense from Iron and Mechanical weapons.
