Bonejaw Chopper
Hatchet
Bonejaw Chopper is the Bone-tier hatchet in Everwind, crafted at the Smithing Station from Bone materials obtained by looting skeleton and bone-type enemies. Its jaw-shaped bone blade gives it an aggressive, feral appearance that distinguishes it clearly from metal hatchets. As a Bone-tier weapon, it represents an alternative crafting path for players who have accumulated bone resources through creature combat rather than conventional mining.
The Bonejaw Chopper requires the Advanced Weapons skill to equip and provides rune slots for permanent enhancement. The Poison rune aligns well with the weapon's organic, creature-derived construction, adding a venomous quality to its chopping strikes. Its damage and endurance profile places it in the same tier as Bronze-level alternatives, offering a comparable power level through a different material path. Upgrade Station support up to +10 is included.
Bonejaw Chopper fits naturally into dungeon runs and zones populated by undead enemies, where the bone-farming opportunities align with the weapon's crafting requirements. Players building a Bone-tier weapon kit alongside Marrow Fangs and Ivory Pounder will find the Bonejaw Chopper a thematically and mechanically consistent addition to their arsenal. It represents the final hatchet in the bone crafting chain before Iron and Mechanical-tier weapons take over.
