Old Steamer Ancient Boots are an OldSteamerAncient-tier leg piece with 20 DEF and 1000 Endurance, dropped in the Rotten Island biome. The 20 DEF is the highest available for any boots in the game, and the 1000 Endurance means players can run extended expeditions without stopping for repairs. They cover the Legs slot and represent the pinnacle of boots progression in Everwind.

These boots are loot-only and found exclusively on the Rotten Island, dropping from high-tier enemies and containers associated with the ancient steamer wreck. Master Armor (Warrior Tier 6) is required to equip them. Compared to Desert Skeleton Iron Boots (13 DEF, 500 END), the Old Steamer Ancient version provides 7 additional DEF and double the Endurance, a massive upgrade on both fronts.

Old Steamer Ancient Boots are the definitive endgame leg piece for Warrior builds in Everwind. Running the full Old Steamer Ancient set (Chestplate at 25 DEF/1200 END, Gloves at 16 DEF/1000 END, and Boots at 20 DEF/1000 END) creates one of the most durable total loadouts in the game. These boots are also a natural companion piece to the Tattered Wraith Hood and Wraith Garb drops from the Rotten Island's Wraith Lord boss.
