The Timberbarrel Skitter is a smaller variant of the Barrelback Skitter family, sharing the same rounded armored silhouette but on a more compact frame. Found in forested and transitional zones, this creature moves quickly for its size and blends into the underbrush and woodland debris with surprising effectiveness. Like its larger kin, it is neutral until disturbed.

The Timberbarrel Skitter carries 25 HP, 19 DEF, and deals 5 damage per strike, matching its smaller stature with lower but still notable defensive stats. Its 19 DEF is identical to the Barrelback Skitter, meaning the same armor-penetrating tactics apply: aim for vulnerable joints rather than the armored carapace. It rewards 25 EXP on defeat, making it less efficient to farm than the Barrelback but still useful in bulk.

As one of several Skitter variants in Everwind, the Timberbarrel occupies the woodland niche of its family.
