Its rarity and the difficulty of obtaining Gold Ore in Zone 3 mean that Gold Ingots are treated as premium resources, allocated carefully toward the most important projects. The high cost of obtaining gold in terms of altitude, danger, and scarcity gives items crafted from Gold Ingot a special status among advanced players.

Because Gold Ore only appears in Zone 3 and the zone is exceptionally dangerous, players should ensure they have strong gear and ample supplies before attempting to farm gold.
