It delivers a clear damage upgrade over Rock Splitter and features significantly improved endurance due to metal construction. The Advanced Weapons skill is required to equip it, marking it as a mid-game weapon for players who have invested in the core weapon proficiency tree.

With two rune slots, the Copper Hatchet allows layered customization well-suited to a versatile playstyle. Pairing Acceleration with Rune of Strength pushes its damage-per-second into competitive territory for the Copper tier. As a hatchet, it retains the category's characteristic balance between speed and impact, making it neither the fastest nor the heaviest weapon at its tier but a reliable choice across varied enemy encounters. Upgrade Station enhancement to +10 is fully supported.

Copper Hatchet works well against mid-tier humanoids and creatures in the Copper-tier biomes, where its reliable damage and good endurance mean fewer repair trips.
