Flames Staff is a high-tier Fire-element Magic Staff in Everwind, the upgraded form of the Cinder Rod, dealing 15 to 17 Fire damage per shot with 50 charges. Crafted at the Smithing Station or Fabricator, it delivers the full power of fire-based magic in a reliable 50-shot package. Fire damage is particularly effective against organic, ice-type, or nature-affiliated enemies, and the Flames Staff's damage ceiling makes it one of the most potent elemental options for those matchups.

Like all 50-charge staves, Flames Staff benefits most from the Rune of the Arcanist, which extends its charge capacity by 20 percent to an effective 60 shots. Combined with 15 to 17 damage per shot, this means Flames Staff can deliver up to 1,020 total Fire damage before depleting when the rune is socketed. Fire damage may also apply burning effects on susceptible enemies, adding further value to each charge. Upgrade Station enhancement up to +10 is supported.

Flames Staff is a core element in any comprehensive elemental staff rotation, covering the Fire damage type that Cinder Rod introduced at lower potency. Players who face enemies with ice or nature resistance will rely heavily on Flames Staff for the most efficient clearing. Carrying Frost Staff, Venom Staff, Flames Staff, and Shock Staff covers all four major elemental types, and the Rune of the Arcanist should be socketed into whichever staff sees the most use to maximize its value.
